1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or playing Coral Rush ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Game. TideWave Studios ("we," "us," "our") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

2. License to Play

TideWave Studios grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play Coral Rush for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, modify, or distribute the game's source code or assets
• Use the game for commercial purposes without written permission
• Reverse-engineer or decompile the game
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the game

3. Free to Play

Coral Rush is entirely free. There are no in-app purchases, subscription fees, or premium content tiers. We reserve the right to introduce optional features in the future, but any such changes will be clearly disclosed and will not affect your ability to play the base game at no cost.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Game in a lawful manner. You must not attempt to interfere with the operation of the Game, exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage, or use the Game in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within Coral Rush — including but not limited to graphics, animations, SVG artwork, sound design (if any), game mechanics, text, and the TideWave Studios name and logo — is the intellectual property of TideWave Studios and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. TideWave Studios does not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TideWave Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Game, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle (or more accurately, don't handle) your data. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Modifications to the Game

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game (or any feature thereof) at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TideWave Studios operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
